Privacy Policy

My Armadio ("the App") is developed and operated by Marco Multari. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects only the information you provide directly:

• Wardrobe data — clothing items, locations, categories, colors, and seasons you add manually or via photo.
• Account data — email address used to sign in (if you enable cloud sync via Supabase).
• Photos — images you choose to attach to clothing items. Photos are stored locally on your device and, if cloud sync is enabled, uploaded to our secure cloud storage.
• Purchase data — subscription status managed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details; all payments are processed by Apple.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect location data, contacts, or any data unrelated to wardrobe management.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or sell your data to third parties.
• We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's core functionality.
• To sync your wardrobe data across your devices (if cloud sync is enabled).
• To validate and manage your subscription status via RevenueCat.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — cloud database for optional data sync. Supabase Privacy Policy

• OpenAI — optional AI-powered clothing recognition (photo analysis). Images are sent to OpenAI's API only when you use this feature. OpenAI Privacy Policy

5. Data Storage and Security

Your wardrobe data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
